A search for roleplayers

Well since we are just starting out I was thinking maybe I would start a few one x one or small roleplays with you guys while we wait for more people.
Well for roleplay subjects I like:
Vampires
Witches
Dragons
Fairies
Mermaids
Selkies
Werewolves
Cats
Wolves
Magic
Elves
Wizards
Demons
Humans
Shapeshifters
Things like that.
I can play both male or females and can play multiple characters.

I tried reading the lord of the rings books but a lot was going on in my life at the time so I wasn't able to read it. I remember seeing some of the movies when I was younger but I don't really remember much. I mean I know that the ring was to be detroyed by Frondo and the others in the volcano but don't really know a ton about it.

Sure. I don't have any ideas for one at the time anyways. Oh and Centy and Spirit are already members here so I am almost certain they will join.

YAY!!!!! *claps and spins around in circles* I'm a little unsure about the plot, mostly since we tend to make it up as we go along, but also because my beginning plot idea is weird. But I'm weird, so I guess it suits me

What is your beginning plot?

Oh, it's really just how you get to the island. You walk through a portal, which takes you to the place where the roleplay is set and transforms you into a different race. Like, fairy, werewolf, etcetera.
I think I had another idea for a roleplay....I'll have to commence a search of my brain before I figure that out! *starts attempting to make brain work*

Oh the portal thing sounds awesome! And what is your new idea? Maybe you could combine the two?

My other idea goes something like this: there's a small island that provides...well, actually, I don't know exactly WHAT it provides, but it's something that the powers of the world need...and it's population has dwindled to a minimal amount of people, mostly due to a huge storm (or the like). So, the mayor of the island asks the nations it is more friendly with to send over people to be new residents, so they can rebuild, and help the nations out once again. The nations (I was thinking like the US, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, etcetera) get some volunteers, but a lot of people don't want to go to a random island that has very little contact with the outside world. So...they have to force some people to go. Not necessarily the good citizens, either
